Course Overview

This class reviews both state and federal protection system requirements. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of inspections prior to use, proper care, and use of equipment in general and construction industries. Passive, active, and alternative fall protection systems will also be discussed to ensure that safe work practices are performed within the work environment. Falls are one of the top OSHA-cited violations and therefore, understanding regulations and recognizing fall hazards at the work site holds great importance. Upon completion of this course, trainees will receive a certificate stating they have satisfactorily completed the Fall Protection Refresher training.
