- In order to “complete” the program, you must satisfy all requirements of the County you are enrolled in, as well as a zero balance due on your account.
- Notice of the completion of your program will be e-filed with DMV within 10 days.
- A copy of your Certificate of Completion will be e-mailed to your e-mail address on file.
- Once you have received the certificate of completion email, you can call DMV’s Mandatory Actions Unit to learn more about your particular situation at 916-657-6525 (when the automated system answers press 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 1).
