Safety incentive programs have long been used by organizations to promote safe working conditions and encourage safety at the workplace. At the October Forum Michele Grubbs, Assoc. Safety Engineer with Cal/OSHA Consultation, will share best practices from the field that engage employees at all levels of an organization to actively take part in positive incentive programs that encourage reporting of injuries, illnesses, near-misses, or hazards.
