Jackie is the Claims and Risk Management Liaison for the Warren G. Bender Company, an 80 year old family owned independent brokerage.  Her job there for the past 5 years has been to provide risk analyses and develop solutions with clients for protection, education, and success.  Another important aspect of her job is to advocate for clients on complex or large claims to assure the best possible outcome.

Jackie earned her Associate in Claims during her 10 year tenure at USAA Insurance.  While serving A. Teichert & Son, Inc. for the next 10 years, she earned an Associate in Risk Management and  the Construction Risk Management Insurance Specialist Designation.

Jackie holds a CA Insurance License (since 1992) so is no stranger to the insurance industry.

It’s with this big picture view that Jackie share’s her insights from several perspectives. She has heard some stories and loves to recount them.
