Defensive Driving Instructor Course

This 2-day program is designed for new instructors in the National Safety Council’s 4-hour Defensive Driving Program. Instructor candidates will learn how to use and engage students in the course materials.  The course covers effective instructor techniques, adult learning characteristics and administrative responsibilities. After completion of the course, additional materials for purchase to teach the course will be required. The teaching kit includes 12-month DVD lease, 36 page student workbook, instructor material and multimedia discs and binder.
