Stormwater Regulations for Industrial Sites

This unique workshop will cover some of the important BMP compliance issues and current NPDES requirements for industrial site activities and stormwater discharge.

THIS PERMIT REGULATES POLLUTANTS THAT MIGRATE IN STORMWATER RUN-OFF FROM THE FOLLOWING FACILITIES:
•Facilities subject to storm water Effluent Limitations Guidelines, New Source Performance Standards, or Toxic Pollutant Effluent Standards Found in 40 CFR
•Manufacturing Facilities
•Oil and Gas/Mining Facilities
•Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage, or Disposal Facilities
•Landfills, Land Application Sites, and Open Mining
•Recycling Facilities
•Steam Electric Power Generating Facilities
•Transportation Facilities
•Sewage or Wastewater Treatment Works
