Trick or Treat Safetyville offers a fun and safe trick or treating experience for kids of all ages. Take a walk down the spooky streets of the little city and see what surprises lurk behind each door. Visit the trick-or-treat stations hosted by our community partners to enjoy fun activities related to safety and health and to fill up your bag with treats and prizes. Enjoy engaging performances on the Capitol main stage.

Trick or Treat Safetyville helps raise funds to support the children’s safety and health education program at Safetyville.

WHEN:            4 pm – 8 pm, Saturday, October 29, 2022

WHERE:         Safetyville USA, 3909 Bradshaw Road, Sacramento

ADMISSION: $5 per person; Children 3 and under FREE

 

Things to know!

  • Head to will-call to pick up your event wristbands. Have your email confirmation ready for quickest service!
  • Please No Bikes or Animals (Service animals are of course welcome)

Safe Family Fun, Since 1991!

Save the Date: Saturday, October 26!

Since 1991, Halloween Haunt has offered a unique setting and safe alternative to Trick-or-Treating for families with young children. Set in Safetyville USA, the unique miniature city, the event features carnival games, a costume parade, safety demonstrations and activities, and of course, Trick-or-Treat stations!

Purchase tickets at the gate! Admission is $5 for everyone, 3 and over, and unlimited games wristbands will be available for $10

Discounted Family Packs are only available online and will not be available to purchase at the gate. Family Packs include 4 admission tickets, 2 unlimited games wristbands, and 4 meal deals (Hot dog, chips, and a drink).

Online ticket sales end at 11:59pm on Thursday, 10/24.

The whole family is encouraged to come in costume, but we do have a couple guidelines to ensure everyone has a fun and safe time at Halloween Haunt.

Costume Guidelines:

  • Costumes must be family-friendly and not offensive or violent.
  • Costumes may not contain any items that resemble (or could easily be mistaken for) an actual weapon.
  • Costumes may not contain sharp/pointed objects or materials that could accidentally harm other guests.
  • No masks or face coverings (including full face makeup).

Other Event Guidelines:

  • No pets other than service animals are allowed.
  • No bikes, skateboards, or scooters

Attendees will be voting for their favorite dish to win the Taste of the Little City, People’s Choice Award! Bike Nights Will Not Be Happening this Summer

Safetyville USA’s Annual Free Family Bike Nights is a great way to enjoy a night out with the family.

Families attending will enjoy:

  • Enclosed 3 ½ acres to ride & play
  • Hours 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday & Friday nights
  • Safety Clinic nightly at 6:30 pm
  • Bike vendors on hand for Q & A
  • Food available for purchase in the Food Court

Bring your helmet & ride for free!
