Speaker: Ron Lee, Safety Center

Holding a B.S. in Organizational Behavior with a focus on Training and Development, Ron Lee is able to understand how learners are motivated and what brings about real change in workplace habits and safety. His past experience includes leadership positions in Manufacturing, Construction Equipment operation and National Management Training for an Industrial, Construction and Architectural sales force. Ron is a Certified Walkway Analyst with the National Flooring Institute and is an IVES certified Mobile Equipment Instructor.
