Sacramento Region Safety Forum: Cal/OSHA Update

The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), better known as Cal/OSHA, protects workers from health and safety hazards on the job in almost every workplace in California through its research, standards, enforcement, and consultation programs. Each year Safety Center and PASMA invite Cal/OHSH experts to present an overview of the latest updates, developments and most frequently cited violations in California.

Join us on February 5th from 8:30am-10:30am for valuable resources and information to help you stay in compliance and keep your employees safe.

Speakers:
Juan Calderonhas nearly 20 years of experience in the health and safety field and has been with Cal/OSHA for 15+. In his position as Outreach Manager he represents enforcement statewide by providing stakeholders with compliance assistance and outreach activities. (Outreach Coordinator, Cal/OSHA Outreach Program)

Jennifer Bailey, CIH is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a workplace health and safety consultant. In her position with Cal/OSHA she provides onsite assistance to employers to help improve workplace health and safety, reduce accidents and injuries, and better comply with Cal/OSHA safety orders.
