Investigating Accidents

This course will provide participants with a technique to conduct accident and incident investigations, using practical methods to gather and analyze needed information. Participants will also be provided with the ability to determine causes and solutions objectively, and take corrective action to prevent reoccurrences. Group discussions and case studies help participants understand the process for conducting effective accident investigations and implementing appropriate strategies to prevent future incidents.

• Solutions & Priorities for Corrective Actions

Who should attend:
Collateral duty, part-time, or full-time safety people, safety committee members, safety coordinators, safety specialists, safety managers, loss control managers, and operations managers, human resources, safety consultants, or anyone whose job includes the responsibility for workplace safety and health, or anyone who is responsible for developing and implementing an effective safety program.
