By registering you are agreeing to the following release and waiver:
As consideration for being permitted by Safety Center Incorporated and Safetyville USA to enter their facilities, I agree that I will indemnify and hold them harmless for any and all claims, injuries, damages and losses to any guest or other person that participated in the Event and related activities held at Safetyville USA. Furthermore, I hereby waive all claims and release Safety Center Incorporated and Safetyville USA from all actions, liabilities, or demands that I, my heirs, spouse, children, legal representatives, guests and invitees have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from participation in the Event or other use of the facilities.
I understand event photography will be taking place and I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.
