This course will provide participants with an understanding of what is involved in getting employees to perform their work in a safe manner. Participants learn principles to incorporate in their daily professional lives to improve safety performance and will review structural components of successful safety programs.

- Applying leadership skills, providing training and consistent accountability changes behavior and reinforces workplace safety and health.

- Safety Center offers a variety of courses and curriculum at our Northern and Southern California campuses. Please be sure to choose the location closest to you.
